Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available. There is a charge based on the particular
order and distance to be traveled. Your sales associate will be
happy to provide you a quote
How can I pay for my rental?
American rent all accepts cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, American
Express, and Discover for payment of rentals. If you would like
us
to bill you or your company you must first establish a charge
account.
When do I pay for my rental?
All payments and deposits are required at the beginning
of the rental period.
What do I need in order to rent?
If you or your company has an established charge account with
American
Rent All, we follow the guidelines provided by your
company. . For an individual or company that does not have an
account
with us, we require, at minimum, a valid driver's license, plus
the payment and/or deposit for the rental
Can I get a better price if I rent an item for an extended
period of time?
Yes. Our rates do vary from half day to monthly rental periods
On most
equipment your rental service agent will be happy to quote you
rates for extended rental periods. For most party equipment Friday
to Monday is equal to one "day" rental
Can I reserve an item?
Yes. We recommend reserving equipment ahead of time as the best
way of insuring availability when you need the equipment.
How far ahead must I reserve an item?
The best suggestion we have is to reserve what you need as soon
as you
know you need it (especially party items). Availability varies
widely by the item, day of week, season, and the weather.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are welcome to cancel your order at any time. Notification
as soon
as possible is of course, greatly appreciated since that allows
us
to rent the item to another customer. We would much rather have
you
call and cancel a rental instead of not showing up for it.
Orders for party items that require a deposit must be canceled
within 30 days before reservation date for a full refund.
How late can I change my order?
You can change your order at any time before the rental starts?
When does my rental time start and stop?
Your rental time starts when the contract is opened. Your time
stops
when a rental agent checks in the contract. You are charged
for time out not time used. For party rentals the time period
is
more "event" oriented. We will take your special circumstances
into
consideration and charge accordingly.
Can you setup equipment for me?
Our quoted rates do not include setup or take down. If this service
were desired, we would be happy to make arrangements. Those
arrangements must be made prior to delivery and \or pickup, with
a
special quoted charge. ( excluding scaffolding. American Rent
All
does not setup or take down scaffolding )
I really like this piece of equipment. Can I buy it?
At certain times, American Rent All will sell used equipment.
The price
quoted will be based on the age and condition of equipment.
What if the equipment I have rented is stolen?
First, call the police, and then call American Rent All.
Can I return an item when american rent all is closed?
No there is no safe place to leave equipment. You would be held
responsible for any items dropped off after hours.
Do you sell the other supplies I need to complete my
project?
For almost everything that we rent. if there is an accessory or
product
that goes with it, we sell it . we sell abrasive blades,
nails, staples, sandpaper, gloves, carpet cleaning detergent,
drill
bits, saw blades, router bits and many more things. If you
need it for your project along with your rental equipment, just
ask
your rental agent and we will have it.

Yes. Our events planner will help you plan every step of the way.
